Call Time: All starting times are based on any point in Manhattan, New York. For all other locations please schedule a suitable amount of additional time for travel. Also consider the complexity of the shoot and add an appropriate amount of time for unloading and parking the production vehicle. Rule of thumb is generally one half hour. All mileage accural is based to and from our office in Bedford, New York, approximately 45 miles north of midtown Manhattan.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings are considered firm upon verbal agreement. If you must cancel or reschedule your shoot please do so 48 hours in advance. All cancellations that occur with less than 48 hours notice are billed for the full day rate. You may request a hold or right of first refusal whereby the date is reserved for your project with no commitment. However, if we are requested by another client for the same day as your reservation, we will make every attempt to contact you so that you may make a commitment or a cancellation. If for some reason we can not contact you and thus not make a confirmation or cancellation, we reserve the right to accept the other project and cancel your date on hold.

Sales Tax: Your project may be subject to local or New York State sales tax of 8 1/4%. Please provide us with your tax resale or tax exemption certificate if applicable.
